Artistic Director of Grounded Movement, Resident Artist at Greenwich Dance and one of UK’s most experienced Jazz dance choreographers. Temujin has been dedicated to bringing dance to all sectors of the community, from professionals to inexperienced of all ages. His company, Grounded Movement, specialize in authentic Jazz and Hip Hop dance forms, blending together a rich mix of styles across a range of theatrical and participatory experiences. Testament to Temujin’s commitment to producing high quality dance productions and experiences came with the amazing honor he received, together with co-choreographer Sunanda Biswas, when asked to be on Danny Boyle’s award-winning Creative Team to choreograph the NHS section of the London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony.

This will be a movement based session with Grounded Movement’s Temujin Gill, choreographer of the iconic NHS section of the London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony. No dance experience needed, come as you are, unique and amazing. Join in a fun physical warm-up, and give yourself permission to play and explore moving to some seriously infectious sounds. Something for everyone from Jazz to Soul and Funk. Pick up some simple but great moves with freedom to respond to the music in your own way and share with others in an inclusive and friendly atmosphere.
