Raised in the UK, Germany and New Zealand, Sarah wears many hats: Ethnographer, photographer, filmmaker, runner and meditation coach. On one fateful, magical day a few years ago, all these gifts came together and set her on a mission: To bring running, mindfulness and art to wider communities. To calm racing minds and energise meditation.

How do your workshops with NOW Live Events relate to being in the moment?
Running is an amazing way to calm busy minds and reconnect with our bodies and nature. Checking in with your senses and refocussing your attention on what’s happening while you run is a wonderful, magical way to stay present. And become a better, happier runner.
What are you most looking forward to doing within your NOW Live Events slot?
