The Heart of Stillness – Meditation by Chris Connors

This deep, warm meditation is created to guide you into the glowing realm of Stillness. Guidance by Chris Connors is accompanied by vast, rich sounds created in an ancient Mayan cave in Tulum and remixed in 432 KH. Music tuned to 432 Hz is softer and brighter in tone, giving greater clarity and is easier to listen to for the human ear. Not only is it more beautiful and harmonious to the ears, but it also induces a more inward experience that is felt inside the body at the spine and heart. It was the tuning that great classical musicians such as Mozart used in their work and often known as the tone that explains why music moves us so deeply.  Light a candle, become still and drop into the power and beauty of the present moment.

This is one of a series of creative meditations that will feature at BeBox, Chris’ soon-to-be launched audio visual meditation spaces to be found locally in cities around the world.

Chris will be one of our amazing Stillness facilitators on our Stillness Retreat coming up in February 2017. Find out more here.
