Mel Sutton is a natural health consultant and a practicing yoga teacher with a diploma in Homeopathy and Aromatherapy. She specialises in facilitating small groups, allowing her clients to fulfil their potential in a holistic, supportive and fun environment. She developed mindfulness walks with her partner Andrew Stuck after experiencing the impact of walking mindfully in nature and the profound benefit it had on their health and wellbeing.

Mindfulness On The Go
Come and explore your neighbourhood and the impact it has on you with group facilitator and natural health consultant Mel Sutton and her mindful walking partner Andrew Stuck. Walking with purpose and awareness, we will consider how our surroundings affect us, and how these feelings might impact our mental and emotional experience. We will look at this connection allowing our breath and the rhythm of our footsteps to guide our way.
Please wear comfortable footwear and bring some water. Reducing what you carry will also help as we will be doing movement and some nice long stretching!
