At Wilderness Festival (August 2014)

Borderless Body is a 45 minute movement session to awaken vitality.

Guided by the principles of the 5 elements and flow dancing, the session will be an open exploration session which brings the body into a constant state of “Zero Point” and explores your dynamic physical language from that place leaving you in a high state of awareness.

“The action of silence, The more we learn to silently observe the movement within and outside ourselves, we start to experience a deeper connection with the world around us. The endless expression of what it means to be human, the exploration goes deeper and we start to see we are a vessel of endless possibilities and we have a unique expression which comes through us into action. All we need to “Do” is dance, within the perfect choreography we call – Life – allow life to dance us,instead of trying to control the dance we are partaking in.”

How does your workshop relate to being in the NOW?Lotan Sapir

I believe that Movement practise IS the practise of what is happening right Now. Amazing that we can switch our thinking brain off for a moment and just feel through action. Dance is a form of expression which no explanation is needed, but only being in a state of observation and awareness to what is wanting to come through your body into action and what is really happening now. I feel that dancing is the movement of the soul. Within my session movement rises from observation and feelings to what is moving within oneself and taken out through action. The session is very exploratory therefor rises from what the audience bring into the moment.

What are you most looking forward to doing within your slot at NOW?

Any tips on how the audience can most benefit from your workshop?

I would advise audience to arrive 15 minutes prior to the session. Comfortable clothes, ready for some group stretches and Dancing! / Linked In
