This one-day immersion with Psychologies Editor and acclaimed life coach, Suzy Greaves, will help you make a ‘big leap’ in your life.
Does the sound of your morning alarm fill you with dread? Do you feel lost, bored or despondent, but unsure how to make a change? Do you struggle to remember the last time you felt happy? On this one-day retreat, you’ll learn about what is holding you back, what tools you need to make a leap in your life and what you should do next to create a life you love.
As well as being editor of Psychologies Magazine, Suzy is also a life coach, author and business owner. Hailed as ‘the top ten guru to change your life around’ by the Daily Mail, Suzy has written best-selling Making The Big Leap, named as one of the top ten life changing books of the year by The Independent on Sunday. Her second book The Big Peace, published by Hay House, was named as ‘the ultimate guide to true contentment’.
The day will be run and hosted by NOW Live Events, within the beautiful atmosphere of 42 Acres. There will be plenty of time within the day to meet and connect with others, and become part of a growing community of like-minded people.
Teas, coffees, light snacks and other refreshments will also be available throughout the day.

10:00am Where Are You Now? The Leap Map
Suzy will lead an exploration using her original Leap Map and other interactive tools to inspire you to see where you are right now. What does your life look like today? What is your reality in the present?
11:30-1pm What’s the leap you want to make? What would you have to believe to make that happen?
Expanding on The Leap Map in this second session, Suzy will guide you through a visualization and coaching session to help you see what it is you truly want to create. What thoughts would you need to have in order to achieve your dreams? How would that help you make your dream a reality?
1pm – 2pm Lunch
2pm-3pm: Where are the dragons and swamps? How will you overcome the obstacles?
An exploration of the challenges that may be facing you in order to achieve your ‘big leap’ and a look at how to face those on your journey.
4-5pm: When will you start? How to make a big leap in baby steps: Creating your 90 day action plan.
Forward momentum! What will you do in the next 90 days to make your big leap happen, rather than just think about? Prepare to leave with a fuller sense of actionable, achievable steps to help you launch your new vision and support to do it.
