NOW is working in partnership with UP Projects’ Secret Garden Project on a special event to mark unique green spaces in Lewisham. Join our favourite NOW workshop leader Philip Cowell on a walk around Lewisham to enliven your senses through curiosity. Philip Cowell is a clown, wordsmith and expert in mindfulness – the effort to be continuously present with experience – and will guide you into the present moment in order to slow down and enjoy each moment, breathing with every step. The event will include a singalong, the odd game of catch and a gentle ramble. Everyone’s invited, especially you.
