Mindfulness: Finding Home Where You Are
This event will give you the chance to explore the many ways in which mindfulness can help us start to rediscover the sense of ‘being at home’ in ourselves. Often in daily life we can feel disconnected from ourselves, from others and from the world. Mindfulness can help us feel ‘centred’ and steady in the midst of life’s ups and downs. It can help us see the world with fresh eyes and appreciate ordinary beauty that’s so often hidden beneath our preoccupations. It can also help us tap into a sense of wellbeing that doesn’t depend on external events… Come and learn how to feel more at home anytime, anywhere. No prior experience required.
